Catfish fried Steak with Mac n Cheese

I was inspired by Sunny Anderson and Rachael Ray from Food Network, to make the steak with stuffing, which is i choose Mac n Cheese. Kids love this crispy steak, and the gravy made from the fat and stock of the steak, add with some mushroom, and... no body move from the chair!

Seafood Spaghetti

This recipe courtesy of Giada de Laurentiis from Food Network. My hubsy love this so much.. a little bit modification from me to attempt my hubsy taste (of eastern.. very far away village in Indonesia, hahaha).

U could hit the original recipe from Food Network official web site.

Saute Tofu Shrimp with Mushroom

I got this recipe from NCC. So yummy.. looks like Tofu Sapo, but less thicker and rich in spice. I think it's like collaborate between Chinese food and Indonesia food. Eat with warm rice make u so difficult to stand up from the dining chair...hahaha...

Spicy Shrimp

The story begin when we dine in at Giovanni Shrimp at Kahuku, North Shore. Then my hubsy tried to make by his own, combine with eastern taste. Now this meal become our family recipe and favorite one.

Udang Mayonaise

Sisihkan.
Diamkan dulu ato taruh kulkas biar panko melekat pada udang.
Goreng dengan minyak panas.

Mayo Sauce :

mayonaise sauce

condensed milk

tomato sauce

chili sauce

italian herb for taste.

Campur semua bahan diatas, takaran tergantung selera masing2 yah... dicoba-coba aja sendiri ya..

Udang bungkus Panko

Bahan :
udang
tepung kobe (import nih..hehe)
panko flour
egg white
garlic powder & salt (variasi lain : mustard, garlic powder)

Tekwan

Amanah dari elisa nih suruh bikin Tekwan. Yah.. tuh nyak, ide dari dia, eeehhh.. lha kok aku yg kecipratan bikinnya... mana skrg tuh doi terbang to another island (istilah "jen-jen" nya Rika) halaahh.. Y wis.. akhirnya jadi juga neh bikin tekwan. Resep setelah browsing sana sini, kok sreg dan pingin nyoba yg dari Astri Nugraha. Resep aslinya bisa diambil Keluarga Nugraha Recipes. Sementara karena sampe skrg aku blm dapet jg tuh yg namanya FISH PASTE (huuhhh... sebel deh), akhirnya bola2 crew nya aku ganti dengan :
Bakso ikan
Fish Cake
Udang

Pepes Udang Suroboyo

Nyoba resep pepes suroboyoan nya mbak Lia, sedap deh dimakan ama nasi anget emang. Ama nasi bawang nya si Yanna kmrn jg oke. :D
Okeh.. tanpa basa basi, resepnya bener2 ngintip ama mbak Lia diatas kok, aku cuma nambahin basil leaves aja, sbg pengganti kemangi yg gak ada disini. Untuk udang aku gak pake takaran tadi, begitu juga ama bumbu2nya... semua tadi pake perasaan doang. Perasaan dag-dig-dug-serrrr, hahahaha. Kalo daun jeruk kan gak bs dimakan tuh, nah.. suami pingin yg bisa dimakan, jadi... tambahin aja ama basil leaves (instead of kemangi). Rasanya mantap rek.. Oh iya, aku jg tambahin jahe di bumbu halusnya. :)
